We would like to introduce you to a new service provided at Chase Lodge Health

We have recently added the facility of a Kodak 9000 Dental CT Scanning machine in our Imaging Department . This machine produces very high resolution images together with one of the lowest radiation doses of any CT scanner in the UK, a fraction of that received from medical CT scanners, and less than the dose from a full mouth series of periapicals. All of this with the added advantage of undistorted 1:1 image reproduction allowing direct measurements to be made from the photographic or electronic images produced, ideal for implant treatment.

We aim to make the procedure as smooth and rewarding as possible for both the patient and the referring clinician. 

On arrival the patient is greeted personally and guided through the whole procedure by the specialist staff.  The total visit takes no longer than 30 minutes, during which we will explain the relevance and importance of the information obtained from the scan with regard to optimum planning of the surgical procedure.

We feel it is essential to maintain clinical contact and you are always welcome to visit or call to discuss cases to ensure that you get the report that you require.    

We can help you with all your scanning requirements for implant treatment, providing you with hard copy images and  a CD of the scan (with readable software for all PC’s) for the all inclusive price of £150*

Our consultant radiologist with a special interest in dental imaging, is available  to create a written report providing detailed analysis of the proposed operative sites, including identification of relevant anatomical structures and provision of appropriate dimensions and angulations for implant placement.  Reports can be tailored to meet the requirements of individual dentists.
